01 / The problem
We didn't start with the screen.
Clinic reception teams answer the same questions dozens of times a day, and after-hours enquiries wait until morning — by which point many patients have booked elsewhere.
02 / The approach
We started with the system.
We designed an assistant grounded in the clinic's own information — services, pricing, hours, policies — with a booking flow tied to the real calendar and clear escalation to a human for anything medical.
- SYS / 01WhatsApp Business API in, a model in the middle, the booking system at the end
- SYS / 02Every action gated: the assistant proposes, rules confirm, a person can take over
- SYS / 03Conversation logs and outcomes measured, not assumed
03 / The interface
Then we built the interface.
A WhatsApp assistant that handles FAQs, checks availability, books and confirms appointments, sends reminders and creates a summary for staff when a conversation needs a person.

05 / The result
The result
A concept build has no client numbers, and we would rather show none than invent some.
What it proves is the approach: problem first, system second, interface last. Results sections appear only on delivered client work, with verifiable outcomes.
